We want to hear your wintery tales of terror!
We are elated to announce our first ever NIGHT TERROR SHORT STORY COMPETITION!
In preparation for our December Holiday Issue, “Horror for the Holidays,” we are asking our amazing and talented community for their scary tales of holiday horrors!

Word Count: 1,000-2,500
Theme: “Horror for the Holidays!” We are looking for frightening, unique, bloody holiday and/or winter stories!
Originality: All submissions must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism & use of AI will not be accepted.
Format: Submissions should be in 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced, with one-inch margins. Please include the title and name of the author in the header.
Submission: Stories must be submitted via email to [email protected]. In the body of the email, please include your name, contact information, short bio, and headshot. Please put “SUBMISSION” in the subject line.
Deadline: All entries must be submitted by Sunday, November 24th
Rights: Writers retain all rights to their work, but winners grant us the right to publish in our December issue and promote online.
Three winners will be announced by our Scream Team on Sunday, December 1st and will be featured in our December issue!
